The centerpiece of this design is a solid, industrially-inspired stainless steel kitchen island. The countertop is seamlessly welded, radiating an uncompromising, almost architectural clarity. To balance this cool focal point, we selected kitchen fronts in a soft, natural sage green. The subtle framing of the cabinets breaks up the industrial austerity, bridging the gap to the inviting character found throughout the rest of the home.

Bi-Level Living: Industrial Steel Meets Tactile Bouclé

Expansive steel loft doors serve as more than just a physical partition; they act as a unifying design element. They emphasize the industrial loft character while allowing a seamless visual flow between the kitchen and the living area across both levels.

Within the living area itself, the materiality shifts:
